Forest Road Landfill EPL5921

The full license for the Forest Road Landfill (EPL # 5921) is available from the EPA website.

The EPL licences apply to activities carried on at the premises, including Composting and Related Reprocessing or Treatment, Waste Facilities - waste storage, transfer separating or processing, and 
Waste processing (non-thermal treatment).

Forest Road Landfill Pollution Incident Response Plan (PIRMP)  (PDF 3.5MB) has been prepared to comply with legislative requirements and contains details of site-specific actions that will improve the way pollution incidents are reported, managed and communicated to the general community.  
These actions meet the environmental requirements introduced by the Protection of the Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2011 and the Protection of the Environment Operations (General) Amendment (Pollution Incident Response Management Plan) Regulation, 2012.

Data required by the licences are published in PDF format, and include licence details, monitoring points, pollutants and units of measure, monitoring frequency, limits imposed by the licence, any other relevant conditions imposed by the licence, and dates of sampling, data acquisition and publication.
