drumMUSTER

drumMUSTER is a National Program providing a solution to the problem of disposing of eligible empty crop production and animal health chemical containers. It is cleaner safer and more productive.

Tamworth Regional Council participates in the drumMUSTER program. District farmers and residents can bring eligible triple rinsed rural chemical containers in all year round to dispose of at the following sites:

Tamworth Landfill
Barraba Landfill
Manilla Landfill
Nundle Landfill

At Tamworth Landfill these can be brought in between hours of 8am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm and at the other locations during normal site operational hours.

Please note: This program does not cater for drums with chemicals still left in the drums and these will need to be disposed of through other programs such as ChemClear by calling 1800 008 182.
