Requests, Complaints and Reporting Issues

Tamworth Regional Council aims to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with our community; however, we understand that we won’t always get it right. To help ensure we continually improve our service, we invite and welcome your feedback.

Whether you’d like to provide a suggestion, make a complaint or share your experience, you can submit your feedback here.

If you’re reporting an urgent issue, such as a burst water main, please ring council on 02 6767 5555. This number automatically diverts to our after-hours service outside of our Monday-Friday office hours.

If the issue you are reporting is not urgent, i.e. graffiti on public property, the most efficient way to report the issue to council is via the MyTRC App.

The JP volunteer service is now available at Red Cross Hall in Kable Avenue (next to Diggers) - every Monday 10am-1pm (excluding January and Public Holidays).
