Book the Mayor or Councillors

The mayor (to be announced) and Councillors welcome invitations to attend community events within the region.

If you are looking to book the Mayor, Deputy Mayor or a Committee Chair to attend your event, all invitations are required in writing, stating the date, time, venue, and background information of your event and what the Mayor or Councilor is required to do.

• Please complete and send your form no later than 3 weeks before the engagement where possible

To enable the Mayor or a Councillor to participate appropriately at your event, you can either book using the online form below, or download the following form, print and complete, to return to an address below.
