Parks & Gardens Guided Tour Request Form

Information and Conditions

Council offers guided tours, providing information about the flora and fauna found within the Tamworth Regional Botanic Gardens and Marsupial Park.

There is no fee associated with this service, however the tours must be scheduled in advance, to ensure venue staffing availability.

To request a guided tour of either the Botanic Gardens and/or the Marsupial Park, please complete and submit the form below.

Please note:

A separate application is required to be completed for each facility and tour;
Bookings are not to proceed until Confirmation has been received;
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Information, Terms and Conditions for Sports and Recreation Venue Hire or Use; and
This application process is for Guided Tours of the Tamworth Regional Botanic Gardens and Marsupial Park only. For any other park booking, please refer to the Parks and gardens for hire page.

A copy of your organisation's current Public Liability Insurance policy (minimum cover of $20 million required) is to be provided prior to your booking being confirmed.

COVID-19

All participants are to comply with the current Public Health Orders and Government directed COVID-19 requirements in place at the time the event is held.

Organisers require participants not to attend the event if they are individuals who:

1. at the time of event or within the previous fourteen (14) days of the event are experiencing or have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath (For a full list of symptoms as outlined by NSW Health, please visit Symptoms and testing | NSW Government);

2. have travelled at any point in the previous fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in Australia that has been classified a COVID-19 case location by the Australian Federal Government or any Australian State Government; or

3. believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
