Saturday 13 April 2025 – 10am – 4pm
Entry fee - $2 (children 12 and under – free) 

Site fees - Supply own Marquee/Trailer/Food van

3m x 3m - $108
3m x 6m - $216

 

Stall Hire - Supplied/Erected Marquee
3m x 3m marquee – $560

 

Power Fees
10 or 15 amp outlet - $22.00 incl GST
3 Phase - $66.00 incl GST
Power lead (10 amp) - $22.00 incl GST each
Power lead (15 amp) - $45.00 incl GST each

An invoice will be sent upon stall approval. Payment is due prior to event to participate.

Please specify EXACTLY what power you require on the following form - if we don't know in advance, you run the risk of not having sufficient power on the day. If you supply your own leads/power boards, they must all be tagged and tested.

Applications close Monday 24 March 2025 at 5pm.

The event is licensed as a Limited license Trade Fair. You are permitted to serve and sell alcohol at the event (beer/wine/spirits) including the sale of unopened product for takeaway.

All stall holders must adhere to the Guidelines for Mobile Food Vending Vehicles or  Guidelines for Food Businesses at Temporary Events – whichever is applicable.
