2022 - 2027 Water Saving Rebate Scheme Application

It is important to read all the Terms and Conditions (PDF 303.5KB) before submitting your application

  • Council is offering a series of rebates on Water Saving Products installed in and around the home or business
  • To claim the rebates, complete this form and attach a copy of the original valid receipt and any other required documentation as outlined in the application form and return to Council
  • A separate application must be made for each separate property if you are applying for multiple properties
  • Tradespersons have copies of the declaration forms required as part of your application or Plumbers Audit documents and you should request these from your trades person when they have undertaken the works. If they don't have these, they can get them from Council's website or they can contact Council to find out how to access them

Rebate Payment Options

Please be aware that there are different options and conditions on the way a rebate is paid to the applicant based on the overall rebate value of this application form and these payment options form part of the Water Rebates T&C's.

Total Rebates to the value of $50 or LESS will ONLY be issued through one of the following nominated options:

  • Credit to be applied to the Water Account for this property
  • Credit to be applied to the Rates Account for this property
  • By bringing Council's official Rebate approval letter to one of Council's Customer Service branches to receive a cash payment.

Total Rebates to the value of $51 or MORE will ONLY be issued through one of the following nominated options:

  • Credit to be applied to the Water Account for this property
  • Credit to be applied to the Rates Account for this property
  • Cheque payment
