T036-2025 - Printing and distribution of rates, water and ancillary notices, and associated payment gateway facility services

Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced entities to provide secure mailing and distribution services to Council. 

Including:

• preparing (artwork and digital files)
• printing
• sending rates, water and other ancillary notices (both hardcopy and digitally) on an “as required” basis
• associated payment gateway facility services for approximately 30,000 rateable properties

Council is not bound to accept any submission and reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to not proceed with the project or part thereof and/or to alter the project in any way.

Any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
