2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival - Toyota FanZone Stage Performer Application

The 2025 Toyota FanZone stage is located in Fitzroy Street within the Tamworth CBD precinct and will operate from 9am to 9pm each day of the Tamworth Country Musical Festival.

A drum kit will be provided on this stage for all day and night time performances.
Day time sets daily from 9:00am – 5:30pm
Evening sets daily from 6pm – 9pm (1 hour allocation includes set up/pack down. 50 minute set)
Friday 17th – Tuesday 21st January (inclusive): 30 minute allocation includes set up/pack down (25 minute set)
Wednesday 22nd – Sunday 26th January: 20 minute allocation includes set up/pack down (15 minute set)

Application

You are filling out an application form only. This will not be a guarantee of a booking. While there are no performance fees for this stage, the Toyota FanZone stage is a fantastic platform to showcase your music, promote your ticketed TCMF2025 shows and other gigs and promote your upcoming tours. Each application will be assessed and all successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified by November 2024 via the email address you supply in this application.

Applications open on Tuesday 9 July at 9:00am.
Application close on Tuesday 17 September at 5:00pm.
