2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival - Commercial Stallholder Application
Stall Locations
Commercial stalls are located in either in Peel Street, between Brisbane and White Street, and Kable Avenue.
Peel Street Stalls (Area 1 - Limited Sites Available)
Stalls will be located within a structure that will be divided into 3m x 3m sites. The stall structure will be placed against the kerb facing the road. Stall operators can place structures and items for sale out the front of their stall site as long as these items are no further than 1m from the front of the stall.
Although each stall site within the structure is 3m x 3m the actual size available is slightly smaller due to steel leg being located in each corner. ‘Pop up’ marquees larger than 2.8m x 2.8m are not permitted to be placed within the supplied structure.
Existing Peel Street Business (Area 1)
This application is for any business with street frontage within the festival road closure or a business within a shopping arcade that has a street frontage within the festival road closure (Including Cafes Restaurants and Eateries).
Only items normally sold within the existing business can be sold from a Peel Street stall during the festival. To be located on Peel Street Road, not on the footpath.
Kable Avenue Stalls (Area 2 - Limited Sites Available - 8 only)
Stalls are located either on the road or adjacent to the pavement on a grassed area. Stall holders in this area must provide their own structure. Each site is 3m wide.
Assessment of Applications
Applications will be assessed on the type of products sold, the quality of the set up and how goods are displayed. Please ensure photographs of stock and your stall set up are included with your application so that we can see how amazing your product and stall set up looks.
You will be contacted if successful after the closing date in October 2024.
Fees for Commercial Stalls

Peel Street Stalls
$2100 - 3m x 3m site within supplied marquee structure for traders currently living outside Tamworth (Maximum of a 9 x 3 site)
$1510 - 3m x 3m site within marquee structure for traders currently living in Tamworth
$2100 - 3m x 3m site for traders with own structure (There are limited spaces for commercial traders with their own structure. Structures cannot be more than 3m deep.)
$420 - corner site surcharge
Peel Street Existing Business
$215 for each 3m x 3m for occupier’s lease held for a minimum of six months
$1414 for each 3m x 3m for occupier’s lease held for less than six months
Kable Avenue Stalls (must supply own marque or structure).
$1574 per 3m of frontage. Fees are for 10 days and include overnight security - visiting business

* No camping available behind site on Kable Ave.
Supporting Documentation for Application
Before continuing, please make sure you have the following at hand:
- A scanned/photographed copy of your Public Liability Insurance policy or certificate ($20 million coverage required)
- A scanned/photographed copy of your driver's licence or other photo ID
- A digital photo of your stall and/or goods sold
- If applying for Local Trading Fee, a scanned/photographed copy of a rates notice or other document with your home address
