About Paws for Life Paws for Life

Previously known as Heaven Can Wait Animal Shelter, Paws for Life is a vital service operated by Tamworth Regional Council, to help support and find homes for dogs that have been collected by our Animal Control team. Our Animal Control officers examine the temperament of the dogs to determine their suitability for their stay at Paws for Life. This ensures the safety of all volunteers, staff, and other dogs within the facility.
