  • General small household items
  • Broken furniture and bedding
  • Small whitegoods and electrical appliances
    (excluding oil heaters, fridges, freezers and air-conditioners)
  • E-waste - TVs, computers, monitors, printers
  • Small branches less than 30kg and 2m long,
    (not tied or bagged)
  • Individual items must not weigh more than 30kg
  • Individual items must be under 2m in length
  • Total volume of items must be 2m3 OR LESS

Unsuitable items

  • Bags of household waste and food scraps
  • Fridges, freezers, air-conditioners
    (items containing refrigerant gas)
  • Asbestos, concrete, bricks
    (demolition materials)
  • Tyres
  • Rocks and soil
  • Motor vehicle parts, batteries, transmission fluids and oils
  • Full or partially filled containers of liquid
  • Gas bottles and fire extinguishers
  • Oil heaters
  • Hazardous or toxic waste
    (such as chemicals and paints)
  • Plate glass
    (windows, doors or fish tanks)
  • Lawn clippings and leaves
  • Commercial waste or items from commercial premises
