With the aim of giving our community another way to connect with Council, this month we launch "Councillor Catch Up". It's a new regular event which is all about our Councillors getting out and about in our region to have an informal chat with you. We'd like you to come along and share your ideas, or talk about issues and concerns with us while enjoying a cuppa or a cold drink.
We're interested to meet face-to-face with you and talk about ways we can better work together. The first Councillor Catch Up is on Saturday 25 November 10am-11am at the Tamworth Community Saturday Markets in Bicentennial Park. I will be there with Deputy Mayor Judy Coates and Councillor Mark Rodda. The next Catch Up is in Manilla at Molly May's on Saturday 2 December 10am-11am. Councillor Catch Ups are an outcome of our Communications Strategy in response to your requests for more regular contact with your elected representatives.
